Sitting down with Giuliana Rancic, Heather shared that she and her husband developed their plan for "ageless bodies" more than three years ago. The key to the plan, Heather revealed, is knowing "when to eat; not just what to eat ... You need to know the intervals that you can eat, and what is a feeding time." Aha! So, is one of those times while, say, strolling down the snack aisle?
"Don't go to the [grocery] store hungry," Heather advised. "It's such a bad idea because of all of the sudden, everything looks good and you over-buy."
